Stadia Coming to iOS Devices
Google’s cloud gaming platform Stadia has landed on iOS. So, if you have an iPhone or iPad, a Stadia account, and an internet connection, you can now get all your Stadia games.
We already knew that Google had a Stadia iOS version in the pipeline. Now, Google Stadia has confirmed the platform’s iOS release in a tweet, stating that anyone using the service can now access it via Safari iOS.
Google’s game streaming service will be able to run games on Apple iOS devices via a web app.
How Do You Access Stadia on an iOS Device?
As mentioned, as long as you have an iPad or iPhone, you should be able to access the Stadia service via your Safari iOS browser.
After logging in, you can continue to access Stadia through your Safari browser at any time. You also have the option to add Stadia to your home screen as a direct link to the page.
Can Google Stadia Be Used on Other Devices?
Yes, Stadia is also available on other devices. You can access it at:
- Android smartphones and tablets via a native app
- Laptops and PCs via desktop app or browser
- Compatible smart TVs via app
- Android TV (currently as a sideloaded app)
