How to Drink Apple Compote?

Materials:
4 apples
2 liters of water
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1.5 cups of granulated sugar

Fabrication:

  1. Wash the apples thoroughly with plenty of water, peel the skins and cut them into cubes or slices. Make sure the slices are not too big.
  2. Put your apples in a medium saucepan and add water to it.
  3. Cook until the apples are soft.
  4. Once the apples are translucent, add the sugar, cinnamon and cloves and boil until the sugar dissolves.
  5. After boiling, wait for it to come to room temperature.
  6. Then you can serve it after cooling for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  7. Fruit pulp is as useful as the juice of the compote. You can consume it with your meal or alone. 1 cup of apple compote is 130 calories.
