POSTAL 4: No Regerts review

Postal 2 is still hugely popular and one of the most infamous action hits of all time on Steam. Postal III has been extremely disappointing and in recent years we’ve seen it as an expansion for Postal 2 and a remake of the first game in the series. Years later, it’s finally announced and released for Steam Early Access. Postal 4: No Regerts takes the series one step further.

POSTAL 4: No Regerts review

Unlike Postal III, this new game in no way hides its inspiration from Postal 2. According to the founder and CEO of Running With Scissors, Postal 4: No Regerts has been opened to the Early Access process so that previous mistakes are not repeated. “We want to make sure we don’t throw a trash here (meaning Postal III), so we’re including the fans. We are working for them and I want them to be involved in the process from now until the completion of the game,” he said.

Postal 4: No Regerts follows Postal Dude and Champ’s struggle after everything they could is stolen and they are trapped in a fictional Arizona border town called Edensin. Postal Dude must spend five days trying to earn enough money to start his life again. Sure, this money can be made legitimately and nonviolently, but the fun of the game comes from using all the weird weapons and interacting with all the weird factions. Postal Dude, this time Jon St. Also voiced by John, Duke Nukem (and The Cat the Big?) should delight fans.

While the early access version of Postal 4: No Regerts will allow players to tinker with these things, Running With Scissors emphasizes that this version of the game is “pre-beta” and “pre-beta” containing only the vertical slice of the game. Postal 4: No Regerts seems a bit rough right now, but we hope the game will evolve over time and this disgraceful series gets the fun revival it deserves.
