Ingrown hair, also called ingrown hair, occurs when the direction of the hair follicles is reversed after the wrong hair removal. Although it is usually seen on the legs and armpits, it can be seen anywhere on the body where hair is removed. Interventions to get rid of ingrowns can cause skin irritation and scars. So what to do to get rid of the wrecks? How do the wrecks pass?
For example, trying to remove the ingrown skin by using various cutting tools such as needles can damage and irritate the skin and increase the formation of ingrowns. Waxing that is too hot can invite the formation of ingrowns. Trying to remove the hairs before they grow longer and removing the hairs too often can increase the ingrown hair.
Scrubbing the skin while bathing can help get rid of ingrowns. Making a scrub on the hairs without pressing too hard with fiber helps both to remove the dead skin and to soften the skin and remove the ingrown hairs.
One of the methods used to scrub the skin during the bath is pumice stone. Unlike other scrubbing methods, pumice stone should be applied to the skin dry. Before the skin gets wet, it can be gently applied to the places where the pumice stone is sunken. The skin may be more easily irritated because it is dry. Therefore, pumice stone should be applied slowly and observing to the areas where there are sunken areas. It is a very healthy method to get rid of ingrowns by removing the dead skin.
Rubbing the skin with olive oil for a while after hair removal can prevent the formation of hard hair roots and ingrown hairs. Sea water can be effective in exfoliating the skin and removing dead skin and preventing the formation of ingrowns.
